While you may be eligiable to apply for a limited licence, consider your previous offences with regards to driving. If you have a series of suspensions or disqualifications or a combination of both (3 or more including your most recent one) please contact us to discuss your personal circumstances. In such instances you may find that the police will object to your application. This would not prevent you from applying for a limited licence but it may impact on the outcome. Conversly the Judge may frown upon repeat offenders and decide to decline your application however each case is judged on its own merits. If you go ahead knowing that you are not eligiable or if you have a series of previous driving offences (suspensions and/or disqualifications) and you do not make this known to us then we are not in a position to extend our money back guarantee to you.
