To all intents and purposes the process of applying for a limited licence is a form filling exercise. For 21 years I have practiced law, 12 of which I was a partner in a busy suburban law firm. Within the practice I would advocate to clients that they should embark on the process of applying for a limited licence themselves and yet more often than not they wouldn’t.
